Overview

This one-day class takes your from ground-zero to a complete working robot, including programming, in one day.  You'll walk away from the class with a working robot and the skill to expand and develop new software for the robot. 

Details

Courses are capped at 10 participants and there is one Acroname instructor in each course. 

All equipment necessary is provided including computer workstations, additional sensors, other robot building supplies, and various challenges.  People may want to bring alternative hardware if they want specific instruction with other devices. 

The cost for each student is $600.00 for a one-day course.  The cost of the course includes a complete BrainStem™ robot and interface cabling of your choice.  The robot is currently being designed and it will take full advantage of the capabilities of the BrainStem™ and include rich sensor input. 

Students must be 14 years or older to attend this course. 

Registration

These workshops fill up quickly so you will want to sign up in advance.  The schedule lists what weeks are currently open.  If we fill all the available space, additional workshops will be opened up in the gaps. 

You will be billed for the workshop on the day it starts.  Cancellations will be accepted only until 14 days before the start of the first day of class.

Location

Acroname is in the midst of a search for a new facility that includes classroom space.  The course will be taught in the Boulder, CO area and may be at an alternative location depending on the moving schedule.  The exact location will be determined no less than 4 weeks prior to the first day of class.
