Ordering Information
Part Number:S24-15A-30V-HBRIDGE
Price:$129.00
Weight:0.25 lbs

The h-bridge is designed for high load applications where efficiency and capacity are critical factors. This bridge has a 15.0A continuous current capacity, can drive motors ranging from 5.0V to 30.0V, and conforms to the Acroname H-Bridge standard for use with any high-quality controller including the BrainStem Moto 1.0 module.

More Details:

This H-Bridge component is a convenient way to control motors or other high-current loads. The bridge has the following characteristics:

  • 5.0 to 30.0 Operational Voltage
  • Continous current capacity rated at 15.0 Amps
  • CMOS/TTL compatable inputs
  • Low on resistance
  • Seperate logic and motor supply inputs
  • Input PWM frequency ranging from 0 to 100.0kHz
  • Screw terminals for motor and supply wiring
  • Solder pads and holes with strain relief holes for motor and supply wiring
  • Quadrature encoder pass through with pull up resistors
  • Status LEDs for motor power, logic power, system faults, direction and PWM

Wiring Interfaces

Acroname designed the H-Bridge to allow for the most ideal wiring interface for your system. Screw terminals, solder holes and pads, and strain relief holes provide a number of different wiring combinations most appropriate for your system. One potential wiring interface is to insert both motor power and interface wires into the attached screw terminals.

Another option is to utilize the strain relief holes. One recommended interfacing approach is to run wires up through the strain relief holes and solder wires to the appropriate pads or through holes. A combination of these options are shown in the following figure.
