The UVTRON R9454 is an ultraviolet ON/OFF sensor that utilizes a photoelectric effect from metal and gas multiplication. This device is sensitive only to UV light in a spectral range of 185 nm to 260 nm. The bulb provides a quick detection of flame from a distance with high sensitivity and wide directivity, suitable for flame detectors and fire alarms.
