Included on these motors are 16 cpr quadrature encoders and a 19:1 Planetary geartrain with ball bearings. These motors are used in the Garcia robot and have a 4mm output shaft.

We have been very impressed with these motors which we specifically selected for use in our new Garcia robot. The motors are extremely efficient, create almost no electrical noise, and are quiet in operation.

The motor windings of these motors are 6V windings. These motors work well at 4-8V. Running at higher voltages will eventually compromise the motor quality and could damage the motors.

These motors have a flat on the shaft for output mounting. Since these are high-quality motors we highly discourage mounting wheels directly to these motor shafts as they are not rated to withstand high radial loads.
