Description:

Pop top byte and convert it into a signed decimal representation.  Push ASCII characters for each decimal digit, followed by the number of digits, on to the stack. (Number of digits depends on the byte value.)

There is not enough room on the stack to push the ASCII characters and digit count for the signed decimal represenation of the byte.
