Parameters:

delay

The sleep delay in 1/10ths of a millisecond.

Return Value:

This routine does not return a value.

Description:

This routine delays the calling VM process by putting it to sleep for the requested period.  The accuracy of this time delay depends on the VM implementation.  The minimum valid delay setting is 1.  A delay setting of 0 will cause an IO error.
