Reflex CommandIndex

These are command packets stored in the EEPROM.  Each reflex command packet must contain a module address byte and command size byte followed by the command code and any data.

After a cmdRAW_INPUT command, the reflex propagation routine processes a reflex vector .  For each active entry, the routine loads a reflex command from the EEPROM, and modifies a byte (or bytes) within the command if desired.  If the module address for that command matches the module's own address, then that command goes into the command queue.  Otherwise, the command is transmitted via the IIC bus to the appropriate module.

Different reflex vectors can point to the same reflex command.  A single reflex vector can point to a single reflex command multiple times.
