Problem

After measuring a pulse width on digital IO pin 1-4, the TSTATE digital IO configuration bit for that pin may be toggled.  This can occur if the pin sees a starting transition but no ending transition within the 104ms time limit for measuring a pulse width.

Work-Around

Use the cmdDIG_CFG command or write to a digital IO configuration port to reconfigure a digital IO pin before taking a measurement.
