Problem

Switching one motion control channel to OFF, STEP, or PWM mode will disable the encoder inputs for the other channel.  If the other channel is using encoders, it will stop operating normally.

Work-Around

After switching one channel to OFF, STEP, or PWM mode, issue another command to set the other channel to its desired mode.
