Moto 1.0 Build 3 and earlier.

Problem

The cmdMEM_RD command and aPortEEPROMRead TEA port (0x0014) do not accept addresses beyond 0x3FFF although the highest usable address in the Moto board's 32K EEPROM is 0x7FFF.  The firmware for saving and executing TEA files is not affected by this bug.

Work-Around

There is no work-around for this problem.
