Problem

The TEA aPortSerial (0x0010) port might fail to function properly in some modules.  The most likely failure mode is a crash or reset when performing sequential reads from this port.  Other failure modes may be possible but have not been identified.

Work-Around

The aPortSerial (0x0010) port should be considered an obsolete feature.  If you have a Moto 1.0 module or GP 1.0 module of Build 9 or higher, use the aPortSerialNTX (0x0012) and aPortSerialNRX (0x0013) ports for arbitrary serial port access in a TEA program.
