This console command sets up the console as a server to relay information from another host using the TCP/IP port specified. The IP address used is the displayed in the output when the relay successfully starts.

Only one host program can connect to the relay at any time.
This command is valid in Console versions 1.0 build 4 and higher.
This command changed in Console versions 1.0 build 14 and higher to not require an IP address. The console figures out what IP address it will use. The address it will use can be seen with the stat console command.
This command may not work on operating systems that don't support TCP/IP or have operational interfaces. Use the stat console command to find whether it is supported on your platform and machine.
