The console is like a terminal session into the Stem.  With the console you can load and run TEA programs, initiate reflexes, effect and view I/O, launch the TEA debugger, and generally manage your BrainStem modules.

The basic layout of the Console application doesn't vary between platforms and the commands work on all platforms with the exception of the debugger on platforms not supporting TCP/IP.
