The Packet:

RflxeID -	Index of the reflex enabler.  Range is 0-7.
INPUT -	1-2 bytes of data.

Description:

This command checks if a reflex enabler is activated.  If the reflex enabler is activated, it sends the INPUT data in a new cmdRAW_INPUT command that makes the reflex continue.  If it is not activated, the reflex enabler withholds the raw input that would otherwise make the reflex continue.  An ID that is out of range will generate an error message.  There is no reply packet.
