Description:
This command configures a reflex enabler. An ID that is out of range will generate an error message. There is no reply packet.
An enabler controls the propagation of a reflex. Setting the ENA bit activates the enabler. When active, an enabler continues a reflex by issuing a raw input. When inactive, an enabler withholds the raw input that would otherwise make the reflex continue. There are 8 reflex enablers available. An enabler can use any free raw input ID in its MSG field.
If the command packet does not have a RFLXECFG byte, the Stem will send a cmdRFXLE_CFG reply packet with the enabler ID and current RFXLECFG byte.
