The aStem shared library contains and implements all BrainStem packet protocol.  This is implemented on top of a Stream architecture allowing communication over many transports.  In addition, this library implements a packet journaling StemDebug file for debugging traces of BrainStem communication and offers convenience routines for loading and unloading files into a BrainStem module's file slots.
