aBool aModuleUtil_EnsureModule(

aStemLib stemRef, const unsigned char address);

Parameters:

stemRef	-	An opaque library reference representing the aStem library which manages the communication with the BrainStem modules.
address	-	The IIC address of the module.  This need not be the router.

Return Value:

This routine returns aTrue if the module is linked to the host and responding to commands.

Description:

This routine checks to see if a module is linked to the host application and responding to commands.
